You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, please email us at hello@milestheshop.com or send us a DM on Instagram — we’ll be happy to assist you!

Please note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• A shipping fee of 100 EGP applies to all return or exchange requests.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse to ensure they meet our return conditions.
